We have recently developed another high performance i-line glass. Our new PBM18Y is especially well suited for high resolution lithographic lens designs at 365 nm (i-line). Ohara i-line glasses are available in large blank diameters (over 200 mm) with low variation of refractive index and highest internal transmittance. Please note, all Ohara i-line glass types are designated with the suffix "Y".
